Vampire noble guy

The guy is a vampire, I wasn't very sure in what section submit it cause.. it doesn't look enough as fantasy to me and, since the guy is a monster (humm... even if he looks like a "classy" one), I wasn't too sure if "people" was good either.. so it's on anime to put it some, well whatever.
